We start with hormone free legs of lamb and remove the fat and silver skin. Then we flatten the lamb into steaks, and pile the steaks on our Shawarma Machine, where it’s slowly cooked for four hours! This is not your typical gyro; this is the authentic Turkish approach to shawarma!
First we grind our Halal lamb meat, and mix it with herbs and veggies such as parsley, cilantro, garlic and onions. Then we take the ground meat, and make lamb patties, which we grill with onions, red and green peppers and tomatoes. A must try!
